Tell a warehouse, van or outlet what to send. It shows on their kiosk or crew phone; they pick, scan and send it, and become the named sender. Nothing moves until then.
The rule is “staff only”: “to send” tasks are switched off.
Either way, the person who sends is the named sender, and the receiver counts before they see any numbers.
