Reorder at 120 · on order 0
Suggested quantities are the reorder quantity minus what is already on order, in whole cartons. An “Already ordered” mark closes by itself when the delivery is recorded and the warehouse is back above the reorder point.
With a reorder point of 0, the low-stock alert never fires for these items.
Every active item has a reorder level.
When there is something to show, it will appear here.
A suggested reorder point for each active item, from the last 12 weeks of warehouse use, the main supplier's lead time and a 25% safety margin. Suggestions only: you decide.
Suggested = use per week × the lead time in weeks × (1 + 25%), rounded up. Use = pieces sent out of the warehouse (hand-overs and van self-picks, less cancelled ones). Lead time: the main supplier's, or 14 days when it has none.
